I’m Billy Morris, an Associate Broker with Realty Executives Arizona Territory, serving buyers and sellers throughout Tucson and Southern Arizona. I believe real estate should be approached with knowledge, strategy, and straightforward communication—not pressure.

As a Veteran with extensive experience working with Veteran homeowners and military families, I have developed a deep understanding of the VA Home Loan process and the unique considerations that come with using VA financing. I help eligible buyers understand and maximize their VA Home Loan benefits, navigate the process from pre-approval through closing, and identify opportunities they may not realize are available to them. I also have extensive experience helping Veteran homeowners sell, relocate, and transition to their next home.

Beyond VA financing, I work with buyers and sellers utilizing conventional, FHA, USDA, and jumbo financing, as well as clients purchasing new construction, existing homes, and investment properties.

I hold the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and continually pursue advanced education and professional development to stay current with real estate practices, financing options, contracts, and changing market conditions.
